Each organisation is separate
Workspaces are scoped to one organisation. People only see the organisations they belong to.
Private media
Course video and files are stored privately and played through short-lived signed links.
Two-factor sign-in
Anyone can turn on two-factor sign-in from Settings › Password and sign-in.
Devices you can see
People can see where they're signed in and sign out other devices.
Recorded overrides
When platform support acts in your workspace, it's recorded and shown in your audit log.
Your data
People can request a copy of their account data, including submitted work and certificates, from Settings › Your data.
