How checking works

Check a certificate

Enter the number printed on it, or scan its QR code, to see whether it’s valid, who issued it and when. No account needed.

For example FR-20261010-1A2B3C4D

See it at work

Learners watch with captions on any screen, then mark each lesson complete themselves.

Screens and sketches on this page come from a synthetic workspace; names are fictional.

From a recorded video to a finished record

  1. Author

Upload short videos with captions, add a reading or a quick check, and publish the course when it’s ready.

  2. Assign

Invite people to the workspace, then enrol them by name or with a cohort.

  3. Learn

People open their next lesson on any screen, watch with captions or read the transcript, then mark it complete.

  4. Track

See who has completed and who hasn’t started, review submitted work and keep certificates on record.

Made for depots, docks and crews on the move

  • Sites and depots

Assign required training by site and role, then see who is current at each site.

  • Crews on any screen

Lessons play on a phone in the yard or a screen in the depot, with captions and a transcript.

  • Agencies and their clients

Run a separate workspace for each client, with its own courses, people and records.

Security, privacy and accessibility

What the product does today, in plain words, for whoever reviews it.

  • Security

Each organisation’s workspace is kept separate, and course media is stored privately.

  • Privacy

What is collected, why, and how long it is kept.

  • Accessibility

How the site works with keyboards, screen readers and captions, and how to report a barrier.

  • Certificates are records, not licences

A certificate shows training was completed. Anyone can check one by its number.

Questions

Does reaching the end of a video complete the lesson?

No. Learners mark each lesson complete themselves, so a video playing to the end is never recorded as completion.

What happens to learners when a course changes?

Publishing creates a new release. People already enrolled stay on the release they started, so their progress isn’t rewritten.

What happens when a certificate is revoked?

The organisation that issued it can revoke it. A check then shows it as revoked, not valid, so nobody should accept it as current training.

Are certificates proof of compliance?

No. A certificate records completed training, and anyone with its number can check it. It isn’t a licence.
