Load restraint for curtain-siders
Harbourline Freight
SAMPLE-0000-0000
When someone completes a course, they earn a numbered certificate issued by your organisation. A site manager, client or auditor can check it at any time, with no account, and see whether it is valid in words.
Valid until Fri, 7 Sept 2029

The public check
Each certificate carries its number and a QR code that opens its public record. The check shows the person, the course, who issued it, when, and whether it is valid now.
Enter the number printed on it, or scan its QR code, to see whether it’s valid, who issued it and when. No account needed.
Lifecycle
Set how long a certificate lasts. Revoke one if training needs to be redone; the check says so straight away. Recertification brings people back before their certificate lapses.
What a check can say
Valid until Tue, 19 Sept 2028
Expires Tue, 10 Nov 2026, in 21 days
Expired Thu, 10 Sept 2026
Revoked on Sun, 11 Oct 2026 by Harbourline Freight. This certificate no longer counts as current training.
A newer certificate replaces this one
Each certificate downloads as a PDF with the organisation’s name, logo, signatory and QR code.
Learners keep their certificates, completed courses and transcript in Record.
The record says what was met, such as all lessons completed or a passed assessment.
Issue, revoke and replace are recorded in the organisation’s audit log.
No. A certificate records completed training. It isn’t a licence, a high-risk work licence or proof of competency, and the check says so.
Their certificates stay on the organisation’s record and stay checkable, as issued.

Book a walkthrough
In the walkthrough we complete a course, issue its certificate and check the number from a phone, the way a gatehouse would.
