Pricing questions

Why isn’t there a price on this page?

Every plan is quoted for your organisation, based mostly on how many named learners you train, how many sites and workspaces you need, and the kind of installation. Book a walkthrough and we’ll send a quote after it.

Do the plans have different features?

No. Every plan includes the whole product. The plans differ by scale, onboarding help, the kind of installation and the support channel, and those terms are set out in your order form.

What is a learner seat?

A named person in a workspace who is learning. Staff such as owners, administrators, instructors and mentors don’t use learner seats. Owners can see seats in use in their workspace.

What is a dedicated installation?

FreightReady running for your organisation alone, on your own infrastructure. It can sign people in through your OpenID Connect provider. On our shared hosted installation, people sign in with a password, a passkey or two-factor rather than your own identity provider.

Is checking a certificate free?

Yes. Anyone can check a certificate by its number or QR code, with no account and no charge to you or them.

How do we pay?

As set out in your order form. Where card billing is set up, your workspace’s Billing page shows the subscription and the seats in use.

Can we start with one site and grow?

Yes. Start with one workspace and the sites you need now; adding sites or people later doesn’t change your records.

Do you supply course content?

No. You bring your own procedures and videos. We help you set up your first course during onboarding.
